Treat yourself to a total educational and culinary immersion for four days, November 4-7th in Aiken, SC. This camp is limited to 6 participants.
We will all stay at the Magnolia Shadow’s turn of the Century, Bed and Breakfast and be treated to three fabulous meals per day prepared by the amazing Andrea, a native of Italy and our host for the weekend.
The theme of the weekend is based on Linda Parelli’s new Natural Horsemanship Happy Horse Happy Life Curriculum. We will begin with Connection exercises and progress thru to the Relaxation, Responsiveness, Impulsion, and Bending.
Each morning we will start with a group discussion then activity with the group. In the afternoons, everyone will have a private lesson as well as opportunities for some self care time with a massage therapist and beautician for manicures, pedicures, ect. Andrea will be also leading a therapeutic swimming class designed for relaxation and stretching in the pool! We will also have a group outing to Hitchcock Woods for a relaxing trail ride.
The horses will have amazing accomadations, as well, just steps away at the barn and/or paddocks.
The facility is also equipped with a roundpen, arena, and cross country course.
